1. About these terms

By using yubingo.com you agree to these terms. The website is a catalogue for enquiries; it does not take payments. An order is made only when you accept our written quote or issue a purchase order, and we confirm it in writing.

2. Prices and quotes

Prices on the website are per piece, in Indian rupees, before GST, branding and shipping, and are shown in quantity tiers. They are indicative and may change without notice. Your written quote states the final price, GST, branding, shipping and payment terms, and how long the quote is valid. If a price on the website is shown in error, we will tell you before confirming any order.

3. Product images and details

Product photos and illustrations are for representation. The actual product may vary slightly in colour, finish, packaging or contents from what you see on screen. Where it matters, ask for a sample or a mockup before ordering. Specifications come from our manufacturers and are given in good faith.

4. Your logo and artwork

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, name and artwork you send us, and you are responsible for any claim that it infringes someone else's rights. We may decline artwork that we believe infringes rights or is unlawful or offensive. We share a digital proof or mockup for your approval; once you approve it, production follows the approved proof. Small variations in colour and placement are normal in branding processes.

5. Orders, payment and delivery

6. Use of the website

Please don't misuse the site: no scraping, attempts to break security, or false enquiries. The website's text, design and images belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Product names and brands of third parties belong to their owners.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural events, strikes, transport disruption or government action).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where they apply.
