1. Who we are

yubingo.com is a corporate gifting catalogue operated by 101Gifting.com. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. This policy is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

2. What we collect

Only what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data:

• Enquiry and planner details: name, company, mobile number, email, delivery city, GSTIN, budget, quantities, the date you need the gifts, and any notes.
• Your Quote List and planner choices: the products and quantities you select.
• Files you send us: logos and artwork for branding.
• Order details: delivery addresses and recipient names when you ask us to ship to them.
• Technical data: your browser stores your Quote List on your own device (local storage). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, mockups and invoices, and deliver your order.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry or order.
• To send occasional gifting updates, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the website secure and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form or message us, and on our legal obligations (for example GST records).

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only as needed to serve you:

• Service providers that run our forms and messaging (such as Pabbly Connect, WhatsApp and email providers) and our website hosting.
• Manufacturing, branding and courier partners, only the details needed to make and deliver your order.
• Government authorities when the law requires it.

Some providers may process data outside India, with safeguards required by Indian law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become orders are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (currently up to 8 years).

6. Your rights

You can ask us to: confirm what personal data we hold about you and get a summary of it; correct, complete or update it; erase it (where we are not required by law to keep it); withdraw your consent; and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to the Grievance Officer below. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising cookies. Your Quote List and planner choices are saved in your own browser so they stay when you move between pages; you can clear them from your browser settings at any time. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy first.

8. Security

We use HTTPS across the site and limit access to your data to people who need it to serve you. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you and the authorities if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

9. Children

This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
