Which logo file works best?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal for production. For the preview, a PNG with a transparent or plain background works perfectly. If your logo is small or blurry we will tell you, and you can email the original with your quote.
Why does the engraving look a different colour from my logo?
Laser engraving marks the material itself, so the colour comes from the bamboo, wood or metal, not from your logo. The preview shows that tone so there are no surprises.
Is the preview exactly what I'll get?
It is a close guide. We confirm the branding method, size and placement with your quote, and you approve the final artwork before production starts.
